Rickl asked "Is camping on a first come, first serve basis for sites?"
at the 1998 MVPA International Convention at Tobeyhanna Army Depot.

Common sense tells me that it is first come, first served but I'm not
one of the organizers of the event: Frank Buck and Scott Sebring of the
Red Ball Military Transport, the host chapter, are co-chairs. (See the
