[MV] RE ND tires in snow and other stuff

When you have a deuce and a half with dual rear axles, you quickly learn to
watch out for certain conditions:

Wet: Even on lightly wet roads, the front end will sometimes plow around a
corner. Remember, you have 8 wheels in the back saying you are going
straight and 2 wheels in the front saying 'please turn...' The steering
wheel all of a sudden getting 'power steering' is unsettling the first
few times it happens.

Snow: I would MUCH rather drive in 12" of snow, than 1" of snow. With NDT's
on a CCKW (probably with other deuces too). In just a little snow, they
sometimes get cornfused as to which end should be going forward!

My observations

Steve
