Todd,
I have the trans for my carryall spread all over the bench at the moment.
1st and 2nd gear are one piece on the upper shaft in the trans. It is
available from Vintage Power Wagons. You can remove the top and inspect
the trans in the truck buyt that is about all. To remove the gear you must
first remove the input shaft from the front. It's covered in the TM. Not
a bad trans to work on.
