[MV] Tachometer in M-37

Awhile back on the list, it was discussed using a 2.5 or 5 ton
instrument panel in an M-37 to add a tachometer. Did you use the
Military Tachometer out of a 2.5 or 5 ton or a civilian model? How did
you connect it?
