[MV] EVENT: WWII British/Commonwealth and MV at Ft. Mifflin, PA

Hi List!
This is to announce a pretty neat event that MV's are welcome. If you
are interested, I have a flyer and map in MS Word I'll send you if you
contact me!
This is an announcement for a WWII British and Commonwealth "Boot
Camp" to be held at Philadelphia, PA this fall.
MV owners are welcome to display their WWII vintage vehicles
regardless of nationality. The rest of the event is
"British/Commonwealth or civilian uniform only". The truth is, if we
limited it to just Crown vehicles, we would just have a jeep and a
C-15.
The vehicles will be set up in the field outside the fort. We can't
tear up their parade field. It will be a static display.All gate
proceeds go to Ft. Mifflin. (This is not a NPS or State run historic
site....These guys can use all the pennies they can get!)
If you bring a US vehicle, don't sweat the uniform, just show up!
Meals provided, no registration fee in return for bringing your
vehicle. Sleepover space provided but bring cots/sleeping bags etc.
!!!!!!!But you need to pre-register as we need to know how much food
to plan for and sleeping accomodations!!!!!!!!
