Following an email problem that caused all my mail to bounce, I am now
back on the list.
Does anyone have much experience with 1-1/2 Ton International Trucks?
Specifically, what I am looking at is the short wheelbase M3, I believe it
is a 1942 model. I've looked at Tom Berndt, US Vehicles book already.
What I am more interested in is availability of parts and yes....it needs a
bed. At the moment, it has a cut down M211 bed on it. I am going this
afternoon to try to strike a deal on the truck. It is currently running and in
a semi-restored state having been in a small town museum for the last
10-12 years.
I am also going to look at what is reported to be an "old army jeep."
Owner swears it is military but we will see..............
