I own a1954 M38A1. It has been converted to 12V (by previous owner).
He used the original distributor (used CJ5 points and condenser?),
installed a 12V coil and ran the coil wire through the inspection plug
hole. I am planning to re-convert the Jeep to 24V in the future. My
questions are: Is there someone who makes a relatively cheap electronic
ignition kit (the type that fits inside the distributor and replaces the
points and condenser) for my Jeep? Will it work with the 24V system?
