[MV] Vehicle Radio Mount Install Kit MK-1454/U

I have a friend who has a military Vehicle Radio Mount Install Kit
(MK-1454/U). It includes the MT-1029 mount, M-80C mike and assorted
cables and other stuff -- all NIB. It's dated March 1970.

Does anyone know which vehicles and radios it was designed to be used
with?
