Kerry,
While looking for something else in Army Motors magazine, I found
an article about the A-8500 Tow Bar Field Kit. It's a story with photos
of a WWII Jeep tow bar that a fellow from France discovered still in its
original crate! So, if you can get your hands on Army Motors Number
75, spring 1996, you'll have some information to help you.
