OK, you guys are probably thinking that I'm nuts for bringing this up - a=
s
we had a discussion a while back about transporting a 2 1/2 ton truck.
Perhaps you can say that I'm moving up. (:->)

What is a practical way to transport a 5 ton truck, IE an M52, M54, etc. =

An overgrown deuce and a half? =

I've had a hard time identifying overall heights on these trucks, with or=

without dump bed, etc. so I'm not sure if a lowboy trailer is required or=

if a gooseneck dual tandem trailer is practical. These things weigh
something like 18-22,000 lbs empty. =

Has anyone ever used a rail service to transport military trucks other th=
an
the military? Is this feasible?

Dave
