The former range is pretty much clean. The only vehicles I saw were two truck
bodies 1/2 buried in a hill side. It was supposedly 'cleaned up' a number of
years ago. In the woods however, every 50' or so in every direction is a bomb,
part of a bomb or a bomb crater. We found (in the middle of the woods) four
grade stakes with yellow tape around them. Inside was a large (real) bomb with
the back end missing. You could see down inside it.
All the other bombs and bomb parts were the old sand filled 100-250 pounders
