[MV] over reving a diesel

Not possible to over rev a diesel, unless to the injection pump fails (saw
it happen once!).

Down hill you can and it will usually stretch the rods causeing the valves
to hit the piston.I know because a friend of mine did it to his Diesel Unimog.
