As I have been unable to locate an original straight M151 hood for the project that i am working on, I am in the process of reproducing one from a a-1 hood.
Straight M151 hoods had three support ribs on the underside, as apposed to A-1 and A-2 that had only two.
I have a picture from Ken (Muttguru) showing the rear-most rib is about 1.5 inches from the rear edge of the hood, but does not show the other ribs.
Can any one tell me the measurements from the rear edge of the hood to the three ribs?
