Hey List,

I have a 1954 m-38a1. I had the motor rebuilt. I tore down the
motor myself, and I was disgustid by the amount of old slugedy oil that
was caked up inside. Now that the motor has been totaly rebuilt I want
to install a full flow oil filter on it. Are there any aftermarket kits
I can do this with? Also I am rebuilding the rear axle. Acording to the
manual I have to have an axle spreader. The carier came out with no
problem due to shot bearings. I do not know how many shims or what
thickness of shims to install under the new bearings. My right rear
shock mount on the spring is broken should I replace the entire spring
or just that little plate.

Thank-you
