Doesn't my memory serve me correctly that the M151 engine had a Hobbes
Pressure Switch in the ignition circuit that acted as a loss of oil safety
switch? This switch was screwed into the lower block skirt and I recall that
they were troublesome. Just a thought...it this were intermittent, wouldn't it
cause erratic ignition?
