Keep an eye out for "speedi-sleeve" thickness also. I recently was
working on an axle and had to replace the sleeves. I found the
original CR part number but alas, they did not have a direct
replacement. The subsititute ones I received were made from thinner
stainless, so I could either match the axle or match the seal, but not
both. I ultimately went to an old truck parts dealer who had some of
the NOS replacements. The 1-800 number for C/R was very helpful with
specs.

Mogul stainless steel sleeve #99155. Can you give me a location?
