Made progress+ today, wrapped top of springs in jute hodgged ringed in
place and applied cover bought from popular source. the rear cornors of
the cover don't fit well around the rear tubing that goes up to form the
seat back...any ideas; next there are no screw holes on the side, yet
the cover I took off hald holes in the side about pencil lead side that
must have been used to secure the sides. The only thought I had was
some lacing going under the seat ...uggg! Can U tell me how this is
done. Finally I need two 32" springs for the back rest which I blasted
and painted, but the local spring maker wants $86 to make them and I'll
go foam before I'd pay that muck. Any ideas?? The canvas is going to
tighten up on its own? I could add another layer of jute since I got a
big piece for $5 fron the carpet man. Richard.
