[MV] Insurance underwriters- guys who know all about risk because they've never taken an ounce of it

100K is what I am comfortable with on my insurance. All of my vehicles are
insured at that level. But MD is a no fault state- which I think is bad.
The insurance companies love it, as they can charge higher rates due to the
increased risk they take, even though the per capita accident rate is lower
than other states.
