Sorry, but its true. The law was slid in just after one of the stand-offs
with a barricaded group. Will someone on this list who is more organized
quote the law here and save me the trouble of spending a couple of hours
digging through my files.
If not I will do it.
Its amazing how many people do not believe this is possible just because it is
ludicrous.
