[MV] humvee on dmro list

was checking the dmro list and seen a hummer abulance.located in
germany.de-mil code is Q meaning it doesnt have to be de-mil.what
gives they can get hummers but all we get is an ass-hole having sex in
the white house.if we import to us do we have to de-mil?
