Hooray for Joe Baker!
I was wondering how long it would take before someone actually ASKED to see a
copy of this document.
In December, you may recall, there was a similar hullabaloo about the reasons
for the demill of the Hummer-series.....if I remember, it took about two weeks
before someone actually said "What do the regulations state?". Well, I just
wondered how long it would be before we reached the same stage with import of
Armour. (About 10 days, I reckon). In the meantime, everyone has got wound up,
fired off letters etc, threatened to resign, promised to join....... you name
it!
The moral of this story, as Joe so succinctly puts it, is to GET THE FACTS
before launching the missiles (or missives, in this case).
The rank of "Major" is truly reflected here. Good for you, Joe.
