I've repaired 3, 5, and 10 KW and they are a piece of cake to adjust.
Unless your gonna run frequency sensitive things like clocks etc. a few
cycles one way or the other doesn't matter. BTW I've seen a few of the
400 Hz models used for lighting only at xmas tree lots. A light bulb
doesn't care even if it's DC.
