Joe, the MEP-016A does not run at 1800, it runs at 3600 RPM and produces
either 120VAC 1PH, 240VAC 1PH, 240VAC 3PH,or 208VAC 3PH.

I believe the 4AO-32 engine is only rated around 6 hp (My guess would be
closer to 8) which is in line with civilian 3KW gensets.
