I was out scrounging this weekend. I ask the
salvage yard if they had any 24 volt battery
chargers, they didn't but he had a dc military
generator.
Power Gen E Motor
model SS3042
32 volt
2300 rpm
(couldn't read some of the tag on other info)
I had not seen one 32 volt before ( but there are a lot
of things I miss). Would this be ok for use in battery
charging, or jump starting? Could the voltage be dropped
to 28 volt by lowering the rpm?
I didn't get to good of look at it, it was in a shed with no light.
They were asking $75 and motor was free (meaning not stuck)

Also ran across some type of multi battery charging box. It
was in a 3 feet by 2 feet by 18 inches tall sealed military box.
It had a panel inside with about 10 outlets and gauges for voltage
alot of plug in leads with alligator clamp ends. and what I hope was
an aux. power cord that will fit into the receptacle on my M-37 about
15 feet long. looked like it plugged into a DC power source.
Any Ideas on this one? Sorry didn't get any of info of tag.

Thank you
