[MV] Duece Bed Mount Hoist

Dear List:
I found a great deal on a duece bed-mounted hoist yesterday and bought
it to put in my M35A2C. The question is, where, exactly do I drill the
holes in the bed to bolt in the superstructure for the hoist? I'm sure
there is a tech note for this somewhere.

The hoist is an I-beam affair that acts as a trolley track for a 2-ton
chain hoist. Some of the superstructure is designed to hang out over the
back, canilevered and supported by some pipe.

the base is 6 inch channel iron.

I guess the real question is in a forward / backwards direction, where
should the base of the superstructure be?

Advice from all you duece wizards solicited!

Thanks,

Mike T.
