Concur, Steven.

What scares me is when some misguided yahoo some place starts calling for
conformance to existing emissions regulations and such. In some distant, mutant
parallel universe, some one is already mandating 'crash-testing' for all
vehicles to be licensed for the road... :-)

The Long March to Mediocrity never ends, it just pauses sometimes.
