You know, I saw that in a parking lot in Los Angeles about 20 years ago.
I was just a kid, and the movie had only just come out, but there it was!
Pretty cool thing to see, but we were on some sort of highway and
couldn't turn off.

In general such vehicles were made cheaply (i.e. lots of plywood). They
look tough in the movies, but if you drove them in the real world for
more than a couple hundred feet they would start to fall apart :-). The
full scale one might not even really work. (the one from Aliens could
have been "pushed" in the one or two brief shots it moved in, since the
other shots used scale models). Also, studios are likely to only make a
single full scale model and then use slight of hand to make it look like
more if need be. Other heavier movie vehicles (like the "Tigers" from
Kelly's Heroes or SPR) would have their fake superstructure removed and
the tanks sent back to where ever it was they came from. Movie studios
aren't interested in keeping hold of big stuff usually.

So, I wouldn't hold you breath looking for these. Better to just build
your own, I'm sure it would be a whole lot better :-)

Steve

P.S. There is a guy who claims to have the Lee tank used for the movie
1941 for sale.
