BTW, do we know how many and what kind of vehicles the MVPA or
other US Mil-Veh owners will bring to Normandy this year?
and another thing: is there some sort of "official" link
between the MVPA and any of the French clubs? From an
Administrative point of view, knowing what I know about that
"scene", it would seem indispensable. Those big Mil-Vehs
concentrations require Prefectoral event permits and the local
authorities in Normandy require an hefty insurance coverage
which is typically provided by the clubs and recouped from the
membership event fees. Whoever wants to participate should think
about that, or risk being denied inclusion into the convoys...
