The GI can opener, also called the P-38, is available from most of the surplus, camping,
or survival dealers. However, the price has gone up. I used to buy them for about 5
cents when buying 100 at a time, but now they sell for up to $1 each. They were issued
with C-rations to open the cans packed with the ration kit.

Sportsmans Guide (http://www.sportsmansguide.com/) has them for $4.97 for a ten pack.
Their stock number is E99M-36866.

I hope this helps,
Best regards,
Chuck
