Thanks guys. Both motors are marked T214, and are original. I'll proceed
with rebuilding the junker motor and replace it in the WC54. The original
WC54 is missing the carburetor and air cleaner; and it has apparently "jumped
time" as you have to set the distributor some 15-20 degrees past the maximum
stop position to get the motor to run (with a substitute carburetor).
