I haven't looked at the notice yet, but my experience has been that the
form/california law provides an exemption for "occaisional sellers" (those
who sell less than twice a year) and then nobody pays tax? It has been
such a threat though that our mustang club has typically backed down from
holding swap meets, but other clubs that I will not mention here ignore
it- this event is most likely too big for the mvpa to ignore the p.i.t.a
law though . . .
