I have towed a Ferret all over with my 1971 Dodge 3/4 ton van and a home made
trailer with two 6000# axles and electric brakes.

A very big concern is stopping power. Make sure the rig you use can stop
well. Also make sure it is stabile with no hint of wander or oscillations.
