This is a later retro-fit of an up-armoured hatch and can be variously
found on all marks of FV 700 series vehicles (Ferret).

It can mount the passive night-sight from the FV101 - FV107 (Scorpion
CVR(T) family) and is powered from the 3 pin wiper socket via an
extention lead.
