[MV] Postal Jeeps

I live in East Tennessee and in Pigeon Forge there is a jeep rental place
called "Jeepers" which rent old postal jeeps which have been repainted with
neon colors and the tops have been cut off to make a convertible style.
They are all left hand drive with automatic. From what I understand, they
can be made LHD from a RHD with existing parts on board. The steering link
can be turned upside down and all parts retrofit to make it a LHD. They
must have at least 50 or 60 jeeps and all are LHD, so there must be
