While checking out the DRMS web page for sales in my area I noticed an
item at the Fairbanks, AK, DRMO that is listed as a Truck, Utility with
a NSN of 2320008924857. It is described as having a 1/4 ton capacity
with a 4 cylinder engine, three speed transmission, and a wheel base of
80.09 inches. The NIIN specs are at:

http://www.drms.com/servlet/fplusq?niin=008924857

The name of the manufacture is listed as AM GENERAL CORP SERVICE PARTS
LOGISTICS OPNS/SPLO.

At first I thought it must be an M151 but the item has a Demil Code A,
which should mean it can be sold as is with out having to be cut up. Is
this an M151 and DRMO goofed on the Demil Code or possibly a CJ5 that
the military used instead of a M38A1? The reason I'm asking the list is
that I'm in Anchorage, AK, and Fairbanks is about 340 miles north of me.
If it's a CJ5 I would like to bid on it once they get a bid date
established but I need to know what this is first.

Thanks for any help I can get,
Bryan
