I am looking into legal action against the State Department to get
things moving again. This will be a class action suite and we will need
funding and warm bodies to help in this action.
I need interested persons who are willing to list there names and help
with funding to get this started. I have contacted a Washington firm to
start some ground work and come up with a price to get stated.
This is one more right we will lose if we don't act now and start the
process to correct this situation. We also plan to have the US equipment
part of the AECA corrected to allow old equipment allowed back into the
country.
Stand up and be counted, remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease!
Contact me off list with your support. If everyone would put up $100.00
we would have a sizable war chest to hammer the enemy!!!
All funds will go into a special defense account for the sole purpose of
fighting this problem.
