I can't say this will work for every place (jurisdiction) but my wife has had
no problems with her Ferret. She doesn't have a replica nor a working gun
but simply a barrel that appears to be a Browning but on a slightly larger
scale. We keep a red rag tied around the barrel when driving around and it
seems to appease the law enforcement in our area. They just smile and
sometimes wave at the passing armored vehicle. Of course, it doesn't hurt to
have a blond female driving it either . . .
