UK MoD seem to have a "fairer" system, anyone can bid at auction but they sell
by lots where the lot is often many tens or even hundreds of vehicles, the
private punter rarely has the wherewithal to buy, shift and store say 150 Land
Rovers or 20 Chieftain MBT's. . . . . . . . . . . .
