Oh, yes, I forgot to mention that the M35 series have air operated wipers,
not vacuum or electric, and are unaffected by engine load. The two air
motors are interchangeable from side to side, and have a handle on them for
manual operation. While on this series you WILL have brakes without air
(brakes are not air brakes, but air assisted hydraulic, much like most
passenger cars have vacuum assisted hydraulic), if you loose all air you
probably have more problems to worry about than the wiper operation!
By the way, I have found that on those big flat windshields Rain-x works like
a champ, hardly need wipers anyway.
