One group had the right to drive military vehicles,
and was shown doing so,
they also had guns....
The other group didn't drive military vehicles,
and they didn't own guns,
soon they didn't have the right to own businesses,
and worse....
I think the name of the movie was "Schindler's List", I can't seem to
remember what other rights the second group eventually gave up to the first,
can anyone else, hmmm.....
