I own a '71 M38A1 (CDN) low mileage jeep with a noise problem, probably
coming from the transmission or transfer case. It is dependant upon road
speed and gets much worse the warmer the weather. I suspect a bearing. By
the way, I also owned a '67 that had the same noise, but the jeep left me
before the problem was found. I wonder if anyone has had this experience and
wonder what they found?
