It is funny how everyone bad mouths the MREs, especially the first generations.
I remember when we first got MREs rather than C-Rations. Everyone thought they
were great, by comparison. I suppose everything is relative as you sit in the
M151A1 eating supper (hey, I had to keep this message "on topic")
