I am a great fan of this list and Arthur's management of it. I will agree to any
reasonable arrangement, with or without the olive-drab.com domain. That is to say, I am
not looking for any advertising or anything else -- just keep this list going.

Michael, if Arthur is interested in this arrangement I would be happy to give you
administrative access to the server to help with the set up etc. But Arthur has to decide
which path makes most sense to him.
