Ladies & Gents,

Can anyone identify the truck which I have posted in the web page below?
We know it's a 1940-42 Canadian Ford 4 x 4 right hand drive, and that it
was used to run supplies over a 1,000 mile ice road from Peace River
Alberta to Norman Wells, NWT, during the building of an oil pipeline
project. This one has 33,000 miles on the clock, but I don't know when
it was last run. The friend who took these pics says it is in 'very
good' condition, but that the data plates have been blasted/worn and are
now illegible.

Any ideas from you gratefully received! Click below for the page, and
enjoy...
