Lars, go to any large (industrial type) electrical supply store. They will
have exactly what you want. Almost every major manufacturer of industrial
grade fittings make similar fittings. Here in the US, one of the major
suppliers (and I think the one that made the WWII versions) is Crouse Hinds,
and they call their fittings CGB (for Cord Grip Body). They are available in
sizes from 3/8" to 6" and a multitude of cable sizes. The rubber parts are
interchangable within the same general class. You can put a rubber grommet
for a 3/8" diameter wire or a 3/4" diameter wire into a 1" fitting. I don't
know who makes these things in Europe, perhaps Crouse Hinds is imported, but
I would think that pretty expensive.

If you can't find what you want, send me the diameter of the wire and the
size of the pipe it goes into. I'm a heavy industrial electrical contractor,
and have boxes of these things on the shelf. Here in the US, these things
(in this size) are in the $5 category.
