there is a spray called Belt Ease that works pretty good.... you spray it on
the inside of the belt and pulley while its running and it takes the squeek
away for a while.....after about 3 applications (about once a week) it
starts to really go away.

try hairspray but don't get it anywhere but where you want it.... (just a
thought)

very sticky stuff.
