I don't know this for sure..... but the little engine looks like a mehari
citroen to me.... its an aluminum 2 cylinder air cooled jobber right??
anyway... look up the car maker citroen... and model mehari and you just
might find some interesting similarities..... but then again... maybe it was
just me. (french made)
