[MV] M38A1 questions - Arrrrgh.

Greetings and Salutations!
OK guys, here's the latest problem on this M38A1 I'm trying to keep
together for the Flying Circus here in Virginia. Can anybody help??
1 rubber bushings in alternator bracket are shot. would prefer metal or
plastic, but whatever I can find will do.
2 ear broken off starter, need another front starter housing bad - and
soon if possible
3 who makes replacement driver/passenger floors?
4 has anybody used the new cd rom jeep manuals for $19.95? my original
manual is too old to use.
5 does anybody have an old Mil jr setup to sell so I can take this 47 year
old CUNO off this thing?
