Dear Listers.......
Didn't want to say anything at first, but must do so now.
Everyone and his dog has one here in the UK, both the VietNam hi-collar and
Marines collarless versions. And not to mention current-issue types, with the
removable covers! Never seen the "pecker-guard" part, though !
Don't know if the alleged restrictions also apply to the Kevlar helmets, but
these are available, too, if you look around (priced around 60 to 70 UKP)
