Happen to have a genuine 5 gal can of the gov stuff here....NSN 6850 00264
9038

BTW, the later manuals caution you not to get the stuff on rubber parts, the
solvent breaks down the rubber. Also it drys out the oils in your skin if
you get it on you.

here is what DRMO says about the stuff:

NIIN 002649038: DRY CLEANING SOLVENT

PHYSICAL FORMLIQUIDSPECIFIC USEFOR DEGREASING METALS AND DRY CLEANING
SPECIAL FEATURES5 GALLON CANNONDEFINITIVE SPEC/STD DATAI TYPECOMMERCIAL
AND GOVERNMENT ENTITY CODE81348MANUFACTURER NAMEFEDERAL SPECIFICATIONS
PROMULGATED BY GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION WASHINGTON DC
NOTE: Individual items may vary from the above specifications.

Hope this helps,
David
